VENPoS Interactive has been designed for ease of operation and transactional speed. User guides prompt the operator through each function thus minimising your staff training requirements.

When orders are placed, they are immediately distributed to either the waiter station or the kitchen. Credit card transactions are processed at the POS using a credit card reader attached to the till, enabling fast settlement of bills and reducing any delay in service.

System redundancy has also been built in to ensure that in times of network failure tills will continue to operate in stand-alone mode until the connection is restored, thus ensuring uninterrupted customer service.

Both the back office (VENPoS Bureau) and head office (VENPoS Enterprise) modules include the ability for till monitoring. This enables management to access any till on the network without slowing down the system. This is an important feature not only from a security point of view, but also for supervisor override where required.

The system also provides the ability for Biometric Logging of staff movement enabling staff tracking and verification, providing you with enhanced security and control of your operation.

An Interactive Messaging tool, which is incorporated into the system, allows for company wide communications between Head Office, Back Office and the tills.

VENPoS Interactive includes the ability to manage the pricing of core products for fractions and multiples, thus enhancing your product offering. The PoS system can recall any bill from history and display the details on screen, allowing full audit and total reversal of the transaction.
